I know what it feels like when faith wavers.
Yesâeven as a spiritual guide, even as a life coach, even as someone who has transformed so muchâI still have moments where I question everything.
There are days when I ask:
Am I really on the right path?
Is all this work actually helping anyone?
Why does it feel so heavy right now when Iâve done all this inner work?
Sometimes I find myself chasing moreâmore clarity, more results, more alignment. And that pursuit can make me feel like Iâm failing somehow, or missing something.
But over the years, Iâve come to understand: this is all part of my growing process.
When the doubts creep in, when the energy feels off, I come back to my toolboxâthe sacred practices and truths that continue to ground me.
The foundation I always return to is what I learned through my DreamBuilderÂŽ programâthose must-haves that keep my vibration high:
⨠daily meditation
⨠reconnecting with gratitude
⨠journaling
⨠speaking affirmations aloud
⨠choosing trust, even when I donât have proof
This is what brings me home to myself.
đ Part 2: Why Faith Wavers
âŚand just when you think youâve got everything figured out, life throws you a curveball. Iâve had my own share of moments where things felt unclearâespecially when it comes to trying to marry my two lifeâs passions under one purpose.
For years, Iâve walked two powerful paths: one as a financial advisor, the other as a spiritual transformational life coach. To many, those two worlds might seem separate, maybe even contradictory. But to me, they both light me up in different waysâand theyâve always felt like sacred work.
Still, Iâve wrestled with questions: Can I really do both? Am I meant to blend them? Will people understand?
And the truth isâI donât always know how itâs going to come together. There are moments I question if Iâm doing it ârightâ or if Iâm trying to force something that isnât meant to be.
But deep down, I know this waver in faith isnât a sign to stop. Itâs a sign that Iâm in the middle of a beautiful integration. A rebirth of sorts. One that honors the full expression of who I am. Both passions are aligned with my soulâs purpose: to help others live in abundanceâspiritually, emotionally, and financially.
And when the doubts get loud, I go back to the heart. I return to the stillness. I trust that Spirit knows the way even when I donât. I donât need all the answers to stay on the pathâI just need to keep following what feels true.
đą Part 3: The Spiritual Invitation in Doubt
When your faith wavers, itâs not just a detourâitâs an invitation.
A sacred one.
The doubt you feel isnât there to destroy you. Itâs there to deepen you.
To call you inward, to strip away the noise, to remind you that you are so much more than what you can see, or prove, or plan.
In those moments when everything feels quiet or chaoticâŚ
Youâre not being abandoned.
Youâre being invited into a deeper trust.
Spirit doesnât need you to have all the answers.
Spirit simply needs you to stay open.
To stay willing.
To stay in the conversationâeven if all you can say is, âI donât know, but Iâm here.â
This is where your transformation blooms.
Because when you surrender into the unknown, when you soften into the discomfortâŚ
You begin to access a higher wisdom. One that doesnât come from the mind, but from the heart. From the flow of the Universe itself.
And during those timesâwhen I feel myself wavering, questioning, unravelingâIâve learned not to isolate. Instead, I reach for connection. I reach out to my mentors. I lean on my soul family. I call in those beautiful, open-hearted people who are resonating high. The ones who hold space without fixing, who reflect back my light when Iâve forgotten how to see it.
Their presence reminds me of who I really am. And sometimes, thatâs all I need to realign. To feel the pulse of the Universe again. To remember that I am never alone on this journey.
đ Part 4: Returning to the Flow & Recalibrating Your Vibration
The flow of the Universe is always available.
Itâs not something you earnâitâs something you attune to.
You donât have to force yourself back into alignment.
You simply return to your center. Your breath. Your truth. Your heart.
Because when youâre in the flow, things begin to feel different.
Even if the external hasnât shifted yet, your internal world softens. Expands.
You feel a sense of trust again. A quiet knowing. A reconnection to the Divine rhythm thatâs been pulsing underneath it all.
And that reconnectionâit starts with your vibration.
Your energy is your tuning fork. The higher your vibration, the more clearly you can hear the whispers of Spirit. The more aligned you feel. The more open you are to miracles, clarity, and divine timing.
For me, staying in that flow is a daily devotion.
Itâs the choice to live heart-first. To come back to my passion. My purpose. My connection to Spirit.
It looks like daily ritualsâmeditation, movement, breathwork, visualization.
Itâs honoring the wisdom of my body.
Itâs choosing nourishing thoughts.
Itâs being present.
Itâs letting joy be a practice, not a result.
Itâs about living from my heart center, not just my head.
Because when I align with love, when I vibrate with integrity, purpose, and passion⌠the Universe responds. Always.
And thatâs the truth I return toâagain and again.
Even when my faith wavers.
Especially when it does.
đŤ Coming Home to Yourself
If your faith has been wavering, if youâve felt lost in the fog of the unknownâtake this as a sign that youâre not broken. Youâre becoming.
There is deep wisdom in the wobble.
There is purpose in the pause.
There is divinity in the doubt.
You are being shaped, not shaken.
You are being refined, not forgotten.
You are being called deeper into your truth.
So breathe. Come back to your heart. Return to the basics.
Reconnect to your tools. Reignite your rituals.
Reach for the people who light your path.
And remember: you were never meant to do this alone.
